Recorded March/April ca 1988 by Edgar Froese and Paul Haslinger at Edgar Froese's Studio in Vienna, Austria. Movie premiered 3 September 1988 at Montréal World Film Festival, Canada. The original 1988 soundtrack score is only available on CD 1 in this 2-CD. Its general movie premiere was in 1989, when a reworked soundtrack album also came out (see entry at 26 May 1989). The 1989 soundtrack is on CD 2 on this 2-CD.

March 1989 US magazine 6" House of the Rising Sun

This instrumental was often played during TD's US concert tour in Aug/Sep 1988. Performed by Edgar Froese, Paul Haslinger and Ralf Wadephul. It's not clear if this is live or not. It could also be a studio (re)recording from 1989 made especially for this single. It was eventually released on the 2000 CD ANTIQUE DREAMS.
